The rules for using Gold Calling Trainer

These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. They were written on 27 October 2026. The service is for real estate practice in South Africa.

The service

Gold Calling Trainer lets you practise simulated voice calls and review the result. A practice call is not a call with a real client, and it is not a brokerage exam.

Your account

You need an account in your own name. Give a real name and an email address you can open. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on the account.

The subscription

The individual plan is R299 per month, until you cancel. Payment opens in the checkout window. A successful payment includes 100 minutes and 3 practice calls a day for that billing cycle. Unused minutes do not carry into the next cycle.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Minutes already paid for stay until the billing date. After that, new calls stop. You can still use the rest of the platform.

Calls

A new call needs an active subscription. A Ranked call stops at four minutes.

Acceptable use

Do not share the account, attack the service, or try to change a score, a price, or a minute balance. Do not use a practice call to record a real client.

When calls stop

A failed or missing payment turns new calls off. Call access returns only after a later successful payment is confirmed.

We can update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date above is the version you are reading. These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
