How Gold Calling Trainer handles your information

Gold Calling Trainer is a voice-training service for real estate agents in South Africa. This notice says what we collect, why we use it, and who else handles it. It was written on 27 October 2026.

Account

When you create an account we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your password

We keep these so you can sign in. On your profile you can add a phone number and an agency name. Both are optional.

Training calls

A practice call uses your microphone. We keep the call on your account, including the duration, the score, and the feedback. Playback is streamed to you. We do not keep a second copy of the audio. Recordings and private results are not published.

Leaderboard

Joining the leaderboard is optional. It shows your display name and your Ranked result. Your email and other personal details are not shown. You can leave at any time.

Payment

The checkout page takes the payment. We do not ask for your card number on our pages. We keep the subscription status on your account.

Who else handles information

• The account store keeps the account and training record.
• The voice service holds the audio we stream back to you.
• The payment provider processes the subscription payment.

These providers may process information outside South Africa. We keep the account and training record while the account is open.

What we use it for

We use this information to run your account, place practice calls, show results and history, take the subscription payment, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your requests

You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. A separate privacy email address is not published on this site. Use the email address on your account when you write to us.
